Inspired by the viral Dubai chewy dessert,
our Dubai Chewy Ball is Petit Bonbon’s own interpretation —
focused on pure pistachio flavor, not butter.

We use California local pistachios sourced directly from a local farm,
resulting in a filling that is rich, aromatic, and deeply pistachio-forward.
Unlike traditional versions that rely heavily on butter,
ours is clean, light, and balanced, allowing the true character of pistachio to shine.

Crispy kataifi and pistachio filling are wrapped in a soft, chewy shell,
creating a contrast of textures while keeping the finish fresh and not heavy.

This is a dessert for those who truly love pistachios —
pure, vibrant, and naturally rich.

Storage & Serving

For the best texture and flavor, enjoy at room temperature.

• Storage:
  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days,
  or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

• Serving:
  If refrigerated or frozen, let the chewy ball sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes before enjoying.
  This allows the filling to soften and the pistachio flavor to fully bloom.

Room temperature brings out the rich, pure pistachio notes and the best chewy texture.
