Storage

• Refrigerate: Keep in an air-tight container for up to 4–5 days.

• Freeze: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or store in an air-tight freezer-safe container. Best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks.

Serving

• For the creamiest texture, let it sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before serving.

• You can also enjoy it partially frozen — it tastes like a rich ice cream cake.
